An hour ago I had a parcel delivery & had to sign for it on a plastic gizmo's screen with a stylus, afterwards I thought, God! how many people have handled that today!
I've only just now (too late) thought how I should have immediately washed my hands.
It has brought home to me what a terrible state my 'affairs' are in if I suddenly peg it.
My boys will still be unravelling them when they are due to go...
If I could give one bit of advice it would be to max out on Vitamins C&D .My Daughter(Dr) told us 2 weeks ago to make sure we were taking it and we have been doing so.
