Perhaps there have been some delays in production? The third programme in the series was meant to cover North Wales (source: https://www.radiotimes.com/tv-programme/e/kzzs2c/walking-britains-lost-railways--s2-e3-north-wales/ )but I can't find any information about programmes 4 to 6.

Occasionally though a TV channel will buy the rights to a series of programmes on the basis that they retain the right to drop the series from their schedules after a few episodes if they're not getting big enough viewing figures. So the possibility that Channel 5 has simply ditched the programme can't be ruled out.

Try asking Channel 5 directly:

episode 3 was due to air on 23rd inst and was due to feature the Snowdon mountain railway, they had been plugging the show on their facebook page all week, including on the sunday itself. yet the episode was pulled last minute in favour of a show about old hotels. lots of chatter online about this but no-one has any answers - an email was sent to Ch5 which got a response something like "tough luck - now clear off"...….
According to Virgin's version of tonight's TV schedule, episode 3 is on tonight Ch 5 at 8pm. Radio Times thinks it will be "Around the world by Train" with Tony Robinson.
I've just checked the listings on my TV programme Guide - it says Walking Railways.
