Hi all, I have received some 'borderline' blood results back and they say:

I went to my doctor a few weeks back about another matter, he decided to do blood tests. Blood test result showed that my Folate levels were low and gave me Folic Acid tablets. He said that it was, in my case, probably due to my lousy diet.

Folate is part of the B vitamin. Perhaps they’re looking to see if you’re deficient in B12 and folate, which seem to be similar.
