I received a letter from HMRC telling me that not only did I not owe them £377.49 but it maybe £88.00, they actually said they owed me, £662.79!!!

To my bank account, I mean. :))
Certainly is.
I once challenged a tax bill from HMRC and ended up with a refund - from a year when I'd not paid any tax in the first place!
