Borosilicate glass is perfect for the microwave. "Plastic lids"....some are and some are not suitable'.
And, where does everyone get their "tinfoil"? I can find only aluminium foil in the shops.

When I say "tin foil" I mean "Tesco Kitchen Foil".

It's still available at Pedant & Co, gingebee, on the High Street (although it may be known locally as Main Street).
