If on your PC then probably. Isn't your PC fully installed with the company software ?
If in the company meeting rooms they should have it set up on their equipment.

Its on my own pc. what would I need to look for?
The company organising it needs to give instructions on what they're using and how to log in/register.
Can you use your phone instead- something like WhatsApp?
If the person hosting the meeting has one of the full 'business' versions of Microsoft Office 365, that will include access to 'Microsoft Teams', which allows guest access (for people without the relevant versions of Office 365) to their video conferences. However I'm not sure exactly how it works and, obviously, you'll need to be using a computer with a webcam and a microphone, in order to get involved at all.
you need to find out what programme the other party are using
that is the operative word webcam and microphone, assuming you have both....
Your invitation should contain a link to click to join the meeting. That link will normally install the software you need.

It's a good idea to click the link a couple of minutes before the meeting is due to start, to give yourself time for the installation.
