How do you actually go about doing it , and what documentation do you need ?

That is what I'm referring to
Just shows how half a quote can be misleading. I have reread the full sentence and it makes sense to me. The 'it' at the start of the quote was the tax avoidance device Bobbisox was talking about which she said saved £200 a month in tax (although she has since withdrawn that figure)

I applied for this last week ...... today I received a cheque for £900.00 and letter from my pension provider that this month's pay would include £225 extra. ;o)
