I suppose the real answer is keep to the rules and don't fall foul of the system. I have only had two answers removed and one was requested by myself.. It really isn't difficult. Just read what you are going to post and consider whether you would say it in the real world.

Rowan I seriously wish that was true but I've seen it with my own eyes. Not me but one user who takes a lot of flack and things are left up that should not be -when he fights back its deleted. That is not fair. I'm all for a level playing field and when you are naughty you go on the naughty step. Trouble is nanny has favourites ;-)

I am sure as we are dealing with human beings bias can be an issue, mostly the ones who get trouble from other users have Invited it in the past. There are those who seem to assume some degree of superiority and there is a fair bit of patronising and put downs. Sadly much of this comes from not understanding where the other person is coming from or not caring.
Luckily we are all responsible for our own behaviour and can only try to use the site as it was intended. (I am not always the nicest but I accept that some people will p### me off)
