Are the words Monastery or Monastry interchangeable, or, more correctly, were they interchangeable in 1912.

I have a book that is to be sold - https://postimg.cc/gallery/3av6k9422/ I am unsure if this is a spelling error or whether it was acceptable when the book was printed.

Thanks for looking. Pity google wasn't around when the book was printed, or spellcheck.

I live in the hope that the error means extra £££ when/if we sell it.
