I’m going through the menopause with all the stuff that comes with it - hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety. I think I’m more than half way through the worst of it, but I’m bothered about the spare tyre that’s creeping up around my waist.
Would taking HRT give me the oestrogen I need to reverse the spare tyre and give me my waist back?

Im not at that age but I remember alot of ladies I worked with using a ladycare magnet to help with menopausal symptoms...... xx
