Why are Hispanic men so hairy??

Seeing though Spain and it's related countries are so hot, then why are Hispanic men so hairy? You'd thing that they'd have less hair and guys from further north of the equator would be hairier. But no! Evolution gone wrong?

Spainlads.......now this is just my take on it could well be wrong btw...hairs on any human being keep you cool thats why we are all covered in hair it's to do with sweat glands, now we in the UK have fine hair (body hair) we don't get 10 months of hot climate. Now Spain has a hot climate so Hispanic men have lots of body hair to keep them cool.

and when you go to latin american countries you will notice the exact opposite if the person has more "indigenous" blood or heritage than spanish. i dated a mexican who was practically hairless.

BUT, if hair keeps you cool, then why do cats and dogs malt in summer?

I still think that hispanic people should be hairless and people in Iceland should look like polar bears :)
