My partner has painful flare-ups of pancreatitis which knocks her out for days on end.
She is unable to take ibuprofen and paracetamol doesn't ease it.
Any fellow sufferers out there know how to tackle this life changing condition?
Please help
Many thanks

Has she not got a prescribed painkiller for these flare ups?

One containing Codeine could help.
what does her doctor say?
I wish that I could help, but this is the best that I can do:

If over-the-counter painkillers aren't helping, then it would seem obvious that your partner requires prescription-only drugs. So a trip to her GP would seem to be essential.

(I'd guess that, as a first line of attack, the GP would probably prescribe Tramadol together with a laxative).
