How To Find A Memory From A Specific Date On Facebook?

A week or two ago a picture came up in my memories on facebook. I want to find it again but when I go to the Memories section it just shows me memories on todays date.
I think i used to have a On this Day option but I can't seem to find it on my mobile or laptop version of facebook.
Any tips please?

This suggests that 'On This Day' should be available from 'Apps', on the left:

Yes, that is my problem Buenchico, I can seem to find the On This Day app within facebook.

Might be obvious (And you've tried it), but have you gone into your Profile and gone through your Timeline?

agree with stephen - go to your page and pick november of whatever year it was and look through

Finally got it that way thanks Stephen - but the memory was from 2013 so it took A LOT of hunting and A LOT scrolling!!
I thought the recent memory reminder might have come up in my timeline but it didn't unfortunately.
So it would still be good to know where that On This Day option is for future use. I have googled it, but many results are like the one Buenchico shared which is from quite a few years ago.

I always “save” any memorable vids or posts. Then you can go to “Saved” and they are all there.
