I'm looking for an email address for the Oxford branch. All I can find is an address for the HQ in London.
I want to send a big thank you to two women in the Customer Service Dept. who were unbelievably helpful yesterday and worked their socks off for about an hour and a half to help me.
I had been given completely wrong info the day before and - although it's not very easy for me - I went into Oxford to pick up something only to find I had been badly misled.
Any help gratefully received - I could ring but think the message might not be passed on. Thanks
You could 'phone the branch to ask for the manager's name and if it's not a common one, just use that followed by @marksandspencer.com as the e-mail address.
If it's a common name, chances are there will be a number after it. If the first name can be shortened, try both combinations.
You could add a wee bit to say if the wrong person receives it, you'd appreciate it if they would forward it to the correct person.
