I down loaded google earth but the picture is not very good. my computor true color is only 26 bit . wot do i need to put inside my comp to make it 36 bit true color

A new graphics card and maybe more memory will also help. take it into a PC repair shop and get them to check it out, they will probably check it for free and tell you what you need. PC world is best avoided for that!!

Be aware not every pic on Google earth has a decent reolution to start with. Where I live (Loughton, Essex) it is pretty good (Aside from the cloud blocking some out) but if I go just a few miles east, the resolution gets worse.
