Is there any reason why we can't have a list of moderators. it all seems a bit cloak and dagger on this site. And surely there should be a facility to contact a moderator if necessary. At the very least we should get recognition that a report has been acknowledged and is being looked into.

Some moderators are known and it is often held against them as on the ‘manifesto photogate’ thread.

I use this site like everyone else. My posts have been zapped occasionally before. I do not have any immunity or protection. Any moderator can remove my posts at anytime.

If anything, there is more moderating at weekend rather than less. Users like myself have more free time at weekends and will be around more.

I am very sorry that my posts upset you. That wasn’t really my intention. My intention was to highlight the untruths posted. There has already been far too much disinformation and fake news in this election, and on spotting your contribution, I was compelled to correct them.
