How ridiculous.
Supermarket garages should do well from it.
just another rip off for the motorist.
Mass boycotting is the way to deal with this daylight robbery.
Yes, not very good publicity for BP. My nearest BP station has THE most surly, unhelpful and inefficient staff I’ve ever come across.
Actually, the people who fill up, leave their car at the pumps and decide to shop at the attached M&S mini market do my head in...the reason I never go to the BP/M&S filling station.
England can be a very odd country. Those in power must have a very poor opinion of citizens when they allow this type of thing to flourish.
Better than those in power ignoring their nations referendum results.....oh, hang on....
He shoots - he misses.

Do try to stay on topic dear boy.
They sell topics at my BP garage. Better?
That's just nuts.
It was a kernel of an idea.
Do Topics still exist ?

What has a hazelnut in every bite ?
A. Squirrel turd.
sounds out of order but I don't think I've ever been as long as 20mins at a garage. I do miss the old days where a garage was where you got fuel and maybe the odd motoring product like oil etc and possible confectionery, now days they are like a bleeding supermarket. I hope people start boycotting the places that have invited these parasite parking firms onto their forecourts. Who knows perhaps more old style garages my pop up as a result. Surely this can't possibly be good PR for BP, ESSO, Shell etc.
Yes OG, Topics do still exist but like most things have shrunk with age.
You speak for your bits, Douglas....my hips haven't..... :-(
It's my tummy, gness. :(
Well I now know which garages to avoid in the future. Thanks Bertrum for the tip off.
Remember the days when you sat in the car and someone would put the petrol in and then wash the windscreen?
Another hurt in the pocket at our nearest BP garage is the cost of using the tyre pressure machine; used to be free (alright some time ago), then 20p, then 50p - this week £1 for 5mins of air. Who takes 5 mins to check four tyres?
