I need to raise a bit of money ( possibly £400) to give to someone for a private procedure that you can't get on the NHS. I was wondering if there might be something I could sell and I remembered I have a collection of different ornaments ( Urns with and without lids, trinket box with lid and different size display plates) that are just dust collectors really. I looked on ebay and saw the exact same thing with the same writing on the back but with scuffs.
I was wondering if there was somewhere I could take my collection for a valuation. There were bought from H Samuel about 25 yrs ago, do you think they might be able to tell me if it's worth anything or would I need to go somewhere else?

You won't get good money in a pawn shop.
you could get an online valuation,

I suppose the more valuations the better, might give you food for thought for true value Barsel.

Thanks alba. I always get mixed up with Cash Converters and Cash Generators. I think one of them was closing some of their shops a while back. I know there is one near me as I sold some corded phones to them earlier this year. I feel a bit discouraged know Prudie said she didn't get much for her vases, but I'm sure something will turn up if I try hard enough. Not a problem to call in my local Cash Converter/Generator. x
