I am using a new purchased HP laptop fromArgos,HP When I try to update windows 10 it comes up error ox80070015 and checking internet it says it needs specialist attention.Why is this?

Possibly because an amateur may mess up the registry file ?

if its not already installed download windows update troubleshooter and let that see if it can sort it. Otherwise backup all your personal stuff and do a reset.
