Yes.

I think some people who have lost a lot of weight lose motivation and put it back on because they blamed all their problems on their size and thought their life would be transformed if only they were thin.
When they find that they are the same person and life carries on much the same they can't see the point of denying themselves the pleasure of sweet and fatty food.

Same with people who have cosmetic surgery - then can't stop and keep having unnecessary procedures.

I think people who have lost a lot of weight by dieting or surgery need continued support but it's just not there.
I watched the first part(catchup for part 2), and I was horrified by Victoria's "message". Dangerous, ignorant, preying on vulnerable people. Yes, body positivity is great. But to say it's more important than health, that health is a "social construct"...(What the heck is that???)...made me want to push her face in all the unforbidden food she says she can eat. Good luck to her. I'd like to see where she is when it all catches up with her.
I wonder if she would still talk this way if she was as big as the guy who did the stand-up comedy?

I thought it hilarious that she found words like 'obese' offensive yet had invented labels for varying states of fatness.
I feel the same as you, pasta - her message is very dangerous.
