Why replace the butter?
why?
How much butter?
A FULL FAT cream cheese might work but not sure why you would want to.
Question Author
Because cider and cheese bread sounds delicious
then find a recipe for it. I am not going to suggest one as I don't have a tested favourite but just google, there are LOADS
Just make cheese on toast with the cider bread.
