Wow

Are folks really going to be beating a path to get a 20p reduction , on a pint ?
But it adds up to £thousands a year !
I’ll have a couple of San Miguels after work.
but will the price of lager come down as well, or will that rise to offset
the ale reduction price.
he's already cheap as chips! well done Tim, I love the spoons!
Crikey. For the last year or so my local spoons has been selling my session ale for £1.99.( Doombar) They are giving it away. Cheapest Doombar I found on the Isle of Wight two weeks ago was £4.
I went into one of their town centre battle cruisers last friday, 2 pints £5.20!
U woz robbed
In my town, the former spoons pub is selling Real Ale at £1.95. The Holts pubs are £2.20 and the pub with its own micro-brewery is £2.

The problem with Spoons is, it’s always full of Chavs.
oh dear gromit, your TROB tendencies are coming to the surface there! You keep paying £7.95 for Wheat beer in Le Lion Rouge in Islington!
Tora

I was taking the pish. I don’t drink San Miguel. Just bemused Spoons still sell it, and Heineken and Guinness.
Heineken carlsberg fosters, does really drink that stuff..
Nearly 1515 and sun well over the yardarm. Time for a few of my daily tinctures. I don't expect my local to reduce it's price. The beer has been cheap as chips for ages. £2.29 Abbot, £1.79 Puddles, All guest ales ,£2.15, Kronenbourg £2.99.Cheers. C u later. :-)
I admire the man's business acumen, he's consistently aligned the Wetherspoons brand with Brexit and has obviously built a marketing strategy around it.
Do not tell Farage.
Mr T won't go anywhere near a Wetherspoons. He does not like Tim.
Dyson's done the same, archibaldy. I expect he'll be knocking several ringgit off the price of his hoovers.
I love a Spoon.

Where else can you get a burger and a pint for about £6.

The other great thing about a Spoon is that you get to see the chav scum underclass in all their scummy glory. Fantastic entertainment.
No price cut in my spoons but I wasn't surprised. As posted earlier, any cheaper and it would be charity. There is a poster advertising 20% off everything in a forthcoming day. Tim Martin has an annual protest at VAT on hospitality in the drinks and catering trade.
