I want to fix a willow trellis onto a pebble dash wall..as I don't want to damage the pebble dash can I use no nails glue & hooks?

I don’t think that would work. No Nails relies on a bond between two materials. Like a kind of suction. Do a trial one first.
You won’t do much damage drilling a hole anyway.
I'd not be optimistic.
Bite the bullet and use thin screws and wall plugs.
PS it's a B to drill into uneven pebbledash walls. Go carefully/slowly.
For no nails glue to work successfully, it has to stick to a flat surface, which you don't have on pebble dash. Drill it and plug it.
I agree with the others. It would be a mess if it all came away.

5mm masonry drill and yellow rawlplugs.

Do use a powerful drill to minimise drill "bouncing" and making an oversized hole (SDS type of drill if possible)
