If I spray my vegetable plot with Gallup weed killer will the soil be ok to plant some more vegetables next spring ?.

No, all herbicides are eco-dangerous. Don't believe the hype from the weedkiller companies re neutralisation by soil.
would not had thought so depending on which product you choose. Can you not just use a hoe and hand weed it?
Please, please don't use weedkiller on a veg plot (or anywhere else as far as I'm concerned). Turn the plot over - yes, this means digging- between now and autumn and hoe off any further weed growth as soon as you spot it.
No!!!! Unless you want to eat poisoned vegetables next year....
