I asked a question earlier about burning onto a dvd disc. When I tried it I could still only get the same amount of songs as a normal disc. I was answered that I had to burn it as a data disc. i've figured out how to do that but I still only get about 80 songs. am I doing anything wrong??

Whichever program you're using to burn the disc - are you instructing it that it's a DVD you're using?
That'd be my guess - that it's still expecting to be burning to a CD
stevie, I think he was using WMP

If you use Nero, you can tell it that you want to write a CD or DVD ...

I think stevie is right, it thinks you're writing to a CD ... mind you, I'd expect a lot more than 80 mp3's on a 700MB disc

I'm a she
That explains it all! ;-)

It would have been more instructive to post what prog you're using to burn the discs etc. rather than your gender, btw
