Took a bag full of unwanted medicines to chemist for disposal.

Only to have ‘Trulicity’ rejected as it comes in preloaded hyperdermic syringes.

They wont take anything with ‘sharps’ - we have to phone the council!

What a palaver.

You were I think, Ubasses.......I took medication to the chemist and that was fine. It was the refusal to take the sharps at the hospital as my husband was dead and no longer considered a patient that annoyed me...x

Gness you hardly need that stress Hospitals must get through thousands of sharps a week, a few more should have been no problem IMO.

If syringes have the needles removed they are ‘pointless’ - without points

Not that I have any drugs to dispose of but if I did and a local chemist wouldn't take them I'd just put them in the rubbish bin.
