Hi all. I cant access my files because of something that keeps popping up called "Registration Wizard". I also cant get on the net via the Google icon. Nothing happens when I click on it. Can any clever, techy person help with this please? I got on here vie IE, which I am not keen on at all. TIA.

Thanks Chris. That appears to have sorted my access to files, but I am still unable to open Google Chrome. I'm not very techy about these things. I suspect I have to do something in Internet Options. I'm using Windows 7. Can you help please?

Chris, thanks for your help with this. Much appreciated. Google sorted now. I just re-installed it. Seems ok now. Thanks again.
