Good Afternoon,
I hope someone can help me as I am not very "techie" minded, I have new laptop (DELL) and I am in the process of setting it up now I have a problem with printing,I tap the keys and nothing happens,have I hit something I should not have?.

What does that actually mean? Has your device frozen? What happens if you press Ctrl-Alt-Del?
