Can I Create A Facebook Page To Advertise A Business Without Anybody Knowing It Is Me.

I basically wish to advertise a business without my employers knowing I am doing so. Really just testing the water and sussing out the demand. I am using a Mobile number that has no connection to me in the first instance.
So I don't want my name to appear anywhere or it could get me sacked as I will be setting up in direct competition to them.

Is it possible?

I imagine they'll pose as a customer, phone your mobile number to check out the competition, make an appointment to see whatever you're doing and once they know who you are, issue your P45 all in the same day.
