Was she right to react the way she did: https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/tennis/9472380/jo-konta-wimbledon-press-conference-meltdown/ Or was the journalist right to ask what he did they way he did?

It was pretty excruciating to watch, but she has done herself no favours by not being critical enough of her own failings, both at Wimbledon on this occasion, but in previous tournaments - when she loses her reaction seems to be 'Oh well, never mind'. I would be fuming if I'd played that badly.
She didn’t lose her rag, as the Sun said.
The journalist was doing his job, but journalists are not professional players and don’t know how tough it is.
The beeb have left a word out of their transcript...I am also interested that the journalist is not named. I heard the interview on TV several times and it seemed to me that the journo was having a good old dig. Og yes, the journo said “hopefully eventually” to me it sounded like an adult talking down to a child and if it was me he would have had a raquet wrapped around his neck. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/48930260
She became quite confrontational against the journalist who was interviewing her. She did not play well and all she had to say was "I wasn't at my best" instead of that feminine patronising line.
Man/woman up Konte.....you are a professional and have equal pay with men now.....earn it.
The journalist was Matthew Dunn of The Daily Express

Yes, I thought so. She didn't 'lose her cool', 'rage' or 'meltdown' as the article in the Sun says. She just calmly told the bloke not to patronise her, as he was doing.
I watched the match and still cannot believe how badly she played. And yes I would like to ask her the same questions.
