"MOVI TOVI free tee - and so sayeth the High Court!"

the lawyers will argue for years over that one and have moolah over to send their kids to expensive skoolz
14:58 LOL :)
Good idea and not before time - but Hunt isn't going to be in a position to fulfil his promise. Perhaps Boris will pick it up.
Fool me once etc etc.
Treason can only be committed by British subjects or those who claim the protection of the Crown.
Only a few weeks to go, and both parties are still rearranging the deckchairs.

If we end up with a no deal, we could have saved 3 years, not to mention the annual payments to Brussels.

If we kick the can down the road again, or do referendum(s), we might as well surrender to the Fourth Reich...
//both parties are still rearranging the deckchairs. //

not sure what else they can do. nothing will happen until the new prime minister is appointed by the queen, on the 24th. the day after, on the 25th, parliament recesses until the 3rd September. after that, they recess again the following week until 7th October for the conference season. leaving them precious little time to do anything.

parliament won't permit no deal, and moves are under way to prevent suspension. all they can realistically do is attempt to extend the deadline - or revoke A50
contrary to your belief, i don't follow you round and note all of your ridiculous abbreviations, You may well be telling other people all the time, but surely that gives you a clue that the majority of people have no idea what you are going on about
That's an excellent statement of the position our politicians have collapsed into. It would shame a Greek tragedy.
We need a leader with guts - Elizabeth 1, Churchill, Thatcher are not around.
I'd still prefer to live in a diminished UK in 10 years, rather than have a 30th of a vote in the United States of Europe.
PS how is an alpha-numeric abbreviation for the (i still only presume) house of commons, when only 1 of the acronym letters actually match the thing you mean by it?
jackdaw, //Treason can only be committed by British subjects //

The returning Jihadists this is targeting are British subjects.
