Yesterday I went out onto our decking and got a shock to see a pidgeon sat on the floor. Never seen one before in my life there. Had to go to urgent app so left it there. Came back hours later and it was still there!
Decided it must be injured, but then it jumped up onto the table! Then the chair. 24 hours later and it’s still here! Hasn’t eaten or drank and I honestly don’t know why or what it’s doing. It just keeps walking up and down. Any ideas??

Ok a bigger bird which looks like Mum has landed next to it.
We have pidgeons nesting. What you most likely have is a fledgling. They look the same as adults when they leave the nest. It’s mother should help it.
