Pathetic. Pity you didn't have a number plate on yer bike so busybodies with nothing better to do could report you to the Stasi.

No, what's pathetic is your post. You've obviously not seen the poor standards of driving. Maybe you're not interested in making the roads safer for everybody? You obviously also fail to understand that by using a camera I cycle to the Highway Code.
Maybe you can explain why so many people now use dashcams and the Police are actively encouraging motorists and cyclists to submit their footage?
You're obviously struggliing with the concept, so here's a few instances:

I guess your next post will be telling me that I don't pay Road Tax, eh Spicerack?

I must admit I didn't know that strapping a tuppenny camera to your head made you a perfect driver.

These chaps mustn't have read the manual.

When I’m on my bike I’m a CYCLIST, when I’m in my car I’m a DRIVER....do try and keep up.
So you can’t equate that if you’re actually going to record how you ride/drive it’s obviously in your own best interests to do so to the letter of the law?
Like I said, yes, there are bad cyclists. The consequences of their actions pale into insignificance when one sees the death, damage and destruction caused by idiotic driving.
Did you actually watch the videos in the links?
As for ‘tuppenny camera’ you’ve also no clue as to the cost of high tech image capture devices, but I expected nothing less.
Fixing faults and taking care on roads designed with tram tracks are different situations and can not reasonably be compared. Pot holes are the fault of the council/highways, not coping with normal road conditions is the fault of those not taking sufficient care.

A road with tram tracks is hardly a normal road, if it were, there would be no need to have an audit.

If that audit then identifies an issue with the layout of the track and the angle at which a cyclist needs to cross it, why is it not reasonable to expect that issue to be addressed?
It's addressed by accepting where it is for the train/tram, and taking precautions when crossing. It's not like it's an unexpected hazard. As a pedestrian I'd not expect much sympathy if I didn't look out and got my foot stuck.
The entire point of the claim here is that the cyclists who took reasonable precautions still ended up crashing.
OG, the point is that the audit report identified errors with the design of the track.
