Muhammad and Olivia remain the top choices across the UK...must be a lot of muslim boys being born..or is this a skewed vote?

She'll have a long way to go, not in the top 20 as yet.
not specially a lot of Muslim boys; but many of them get the same name, whereas non-Muslims share a much wider range. Muslims seem disinclined to call their sons Ethan or Alfie, for some reason.

A lot of young mums in the west tend to name their offspring after celebrities or song titles. How many Kylies and Kayleighs were born during the 80s, i wonder.
I also wonder why the National Register for Births isn't being used, rather than a parenting website. Wonder how similar/different the official list would be?
