Maths or Science would open much more doors. But if it has to be one of these go for the one you enjoy most and coudl make use of any contacts and experience you have. A degree is something to help you get a foot in the door. How you progress from there depends largely on you and partly on luck and contacts.

Was there any need for that Eddie? Can you not answer the OP's question?
I don't think a degree in photography would help you much. People get into photography by taking photos, which everyone does these days. There's a lot of competition and not much reward. What sort of photography job do you have in mind?

A film-making degree would at least teach you useful skills for a major industry, which photography is not.
