Whats the paracetamol doseage??
Question Author
Worse part is left hand bottom wiping the struggle is real
The usual dose for adults is one or two 500mg tablets up to 4 times in 24 hours.

Sympathise with that problem, five weeks into recovery from proximal humerus fracture and it's not easy.

Thanks mamy will pop some paracetamol for pain!

I think i’ve just got a bad sprain! Not sure it compared to a humerous fracture :S but i appreciate the sympathys
That sounds painful lynne
Spath RICE! rest, Ice, compress (gently) and elevate
Have you ever broken a bone before?
Someone on here will correct me if this isn't a good idea, but when I have pain that I know paracetamol won't touch, (ie- not headache or period pain) I sometimes have co-codamol 4mg. It has managed to rid me of some really bad pain, such as arthritic joint pain and dislocations. Co-codamol contains 500mg paracetamol so must not be taken with any other paracetamol. The small amount of codeine seems to be just enough to alter pain. I think you can buy the lowest dose over the counter.

"Have you ever broken a bone before?"

Yes, a few times. Once was the wrist. Another time the collar bone.
