To say hello and I’m ok.

I’ve been all over the shop. My uncle (
mums brother) passed away early May and there has been a few family bereavements on dads side too. So it’s been a struggle.

I’ve been put on Antidepressants as I’ve not been myself and I got to the point where I realised I wasn’t ok even when I said I was. But had to come off them as they were making me feel unbelievably unwell. Back in tomorrow to see where to go from here. All I’ve done recently is read a lot cry a lot and started knitting.

Diabetes is much better but still giving me a run for my money - but it’s majorly improved so here’s hoping that the light at the end of my tunnel isn’t an oncoming train.

Wedding planning is sort of hit and miss. But if someone mentions a bouncy bleeding castle one more time I swear I’m going to Gretna!

Thank you Nailit. The night I realised I had a problem I had very disturbing negative thoughts. I sat in my kitchen in the corner and cried.

Dear QoM…… I'm just creeping back after a horrible, really horrible family time (still not wholly resolved and leaving big problems in its wake). All I can say is to take time out, go for walks, ground yourself. Look and think about what is important - forget the 'stuff' and focus on what matters. I very much know that this easier said than done. I can't quite see my way through yet, but you have a huge positive to go for. Don't like to say this - but, if you need medical help, ask for it. Not sure of background, so may be wrong on lots, just trying to help with coping with a crisis situation. :)
