Hi all. I currently have a Peugeot 306 hatchback with a boot that holds my golf clubs and electric caddy. Im looking for something similar but 4 door.I don't want a big car. Any suggestions would be welcome.

isn't there a four-door 306 any more?

We used to have an estate car version but I don't know if that's still going either.
Do you actually mean "four door"...which is how a saloon car is described....or, four doors and a hatch?
The man across the road from me has a smart car and he puts a great big bag of clubs in it .
oh sorry I misread your post .
I have a four door Nissan Micra and you can push the back seats forward to make the boot bigger.
A little more info is required here.....saloon or hatch, new or used, budget available etc.

4 door and hatchback. Honda jazz doesn't work. a lot of the cars will fit a golf bag but not the big clubs i.e driver so they have to be put in the back seat
You will not go wrong with a Dacia Sandero either new or used. Plenty of room for the money and they go well and are very comfortable indeed.
Millions of Taxi divers all over the world have switched to Dacias ... and they know what they are doing
Babog, sorry mu link didn't work.It should now and shows boot capacity

the current model's a 308, available with four doors and hatchback. There's a 208, the same but smaller.

jno, The Honda has 69 litres more boot space than the 208.
We have bought Honda Jazz hatchbacks for years, as they are one of the only small cars that my husband can fit his golf clubs in. Don't know about 4 doors though, if this means a saloon car.
A Honda Jazz
I know many gfers, seniors, with a honda jazz. Practical cars they are. Big boots, i once got 4 office desks in one, only three of the four sets of legs though
could be, dannyk, but the OP has given no suggestion that he's unhappy with his Peugeot except that he wants more doors, so I stuck with that make but with the current models, should he also want a newer car. There are lots of other options, to be sure.

I have a Jazz but I'm not sure I could fit golf clubs in it without folding the back seats forward. The same may well be true of the 208.
