These look decent and have a bit of extra length in the handle.

it would rather depend what the temporary disablement was - can't reach toes? Cant squeeze normal clippers?
hand problems meaning normal ones are too small? can't bend?
These if its difficult to squeeze the smaller traditional clippers.
