As i said on another thread, i have had a little bet on both teams scoring and a draw @ 3/1. However, i have also had a fiver on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang FGS @ 9/2 and a nibble on; BTTS & Arsenal to win with both Luis and Xacha getting carded @ 33/1. Couple all that that with the fact that i spent almost 7 years in the Royal Artillery (demobbed from Woolwich) and there's reason enough for me to pin my old cap badge to my cardy and root for the Arsenal. :-))

Thank you Tilly
Prior to Abramovich, I used to have a soft spot for Chelsea a bit patronising or condescending maybe... but gooners no way!

As you posted and understand on the other thread... I simply can't stand them.

Ah well, can't win all the time - my accounts would be closed if i did :-/
However, what you lose on the swings you gain on the roundabouts and i've just had a few quid on a 7/1 winner in a coincidence bet i couldn't resist. It's name? Champs Inblue :-))
Had chelsea to win right at start so fairly happy, my next dabble will be the Open, unless I am bored
I'm happy that your team won it Rowan ;-) or should I say thrashed it in the second half. Sorry Ken I'm not a betting man but don't shy away from Spurs on Saturday even though the odds must be greatly against them.
Gutted for my late wife. Rooting for my boys on Saturday. (Clue: red)
So will Rowan no doubt for her late Husband.

Don't be too sorry, Arky, i did have the 7/1 winner :-)
Having studied the match at length, I really can't see any other outcome than a Liverpool win and my bets will reflect this. Just waiting to see what, if any, 'specials' the bookies offer tomorrow.
i might have an inplay punt on liverpool if spurs go 3-0 up ...

If Spurs go 3-0 up I'll know I have passed away and in some mystical dreamland... I do fully expect L'pool in all honesty to win it, but to me knowing so many L'pool supporters/fans it'll be a nightmare of a summer, 2005 all over again... shoving it in my face.
