the message and messenger buttons on my facebook have recently stopped opening ( just giving an eternal search circle ) what can I do to put it right? restore to an earlier time or ? Any help much appreciated !!!

Private messaging works fine for me... but unsure what you mean...'eternal search circle'... it does sound like a Comp/laptop problem. I'd try restore.

I'm on FB now and everything seems fine.

Thanks everyone, it's back up and running now. Nothing I did only patience. Eternal search circle is the revolving thingy that appears when you click to open something but it never actualy opens and all you are left with is the circle going round and round and round. Thank you everyone :)
