Ebay And Audiobook Query

I want to get an audiobook mp3 download that gets sent to my ebay inbox (I think that's the message facility in ebay account). I'm not sure how I will transfer the file to my mp3 player - also it's quite a fat book (Neil Gaiman's "American Gods") and I wonder how the procedure works. The feedback on the supplier seems to be all ok, so presumably it must be fairly straightforward but any advice will be appreciated.

Plug your MP3 player into a USB port on your computer. Access your email account with your computer and go to the email which has the MP3 file attached. Click on the attachment and select the option to save the file. When the dialogue box opens, navigate to the relevant folder on your MP3 player (which will show up in the same way as a USB pen drive) and save the file there. Job done.
