Here's the storyline, this chap don't work, and is on disability allowance, and gets whatever else, to enable him to live. But with that disability allowance, ( AND I KNOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THIS) go's and buys/ lease a big BMW car, at a cost of who knows, but its not going to be cheap, or to maintain.

After a period of time the car is taken back ( missed payments) My question is why would anyone who is disabled, don't work, need such an expensive car just to enable them to get from A to B, a bog standard car, at half the price of a B M W or less, would do the same job.

So should there be a limit to how much of that DA can be spent on car transport, to ensure they have funds to support themselves, other than that the dealerships are being funded by me and you, as its very clear this chap don't know how to how to make the most of his income.

//Why on earth would you drop your father's car at his house and walk home. //
Because I lived around the corner, on the same estate

Any repy Spice? My father was crippled and I lived less than a half mile away.

//These naive middle class birds on here might believe you. I don't.//
Again, who are these 'birds'?

// The disabled person need not be in the car so long as the disabled person will benefit from it.//

like doin g the shopping for them
not going into work for chrissakes

yeah a disgruntled neighbour dobbed me in four times
in the end I said - look I cant see: that is why I walk into things
and the dog said - blimey try going for a walk with him, it is amazing I dont come back with four squashed paws!
