Cheers Ed.
Good morning all,
Happy month of May. The reading from my scales was not pleasing....up two pounds so for the next 7 days I’ll try and get back to my routine food which was working so well. Fingers and teeth crossed!
Thanks both to OG and our Ed.
Forgot yesterday but over a pound lost . Only had a couple of salad meals with one tonight with pressed cod roe .BUT they were selling off the large Easter eggs for £1 and my neighbour bought me one .it would be rude not to eat it .but I will keep it for treats when I open it .
I put on half a stone over my holiday. I thought it would come off soon by just going back to normal eating. After two weeks I’ve gained another two pounds. Not good.
Folk have been having mixed results I see.

Been 1 2/3rds of a week since I was last near scales. It's claiming I'm down 2.8 lbs since then. Not sure I believe it, especially knowing the intake I've had some days. The previous time I weighed myself it initially claimed a loss, then next day it showed that I was back up, then on the third day I'd lost most of it again. So... I'll leave any jubilation until it's confirmed.
Good morning all, I can see that I’m standing still this week. How about you?
I blame the Easter egg .say no more
Staying much the same. It shows down 1 lb, but in fairness the last time I was able to weigh, I'd just gone up 1 lb in 24 hours. So...
Good morning all, hope you are all well and that your weight loss strivings are working for you. Here I am feeding hubby up as if he was going to be served for a special meal and the weight goes on soooooo slowly whereas I fall off the proverbial wagon just once with a tiny bag of mixed nuts and wham up 1 1/2 pounds. I’m down again but not where I want to be......not fair :-((
Morning Xstitcher. I’ve somehow managed to lose a stone in the last year. My problem is that I don’t eat enough, so my body thinks it’s always in starvation mode and so holds onto every single calorie. ButvI’ve rediscovered Ryvita, good or bad, at least it’s something I can eat. Had v thinly sliced banana on it.
I don't weigh myself.
I eat the Danish form of revita too smoo. It fills the in between hole. I have it with banana, low fat cheese with some red bell pepper on it or something like that. The half a banana is my favourite. I just wish it was softer.....the revita that is.
good morning smowball and xstitcher that is my problem I just have to look at a cream cake and its lodged itself but with saying that the Easter egg gain has gone and smow I know if I don't eat enough I stay the same
Ryvita: is this the old-fashioned stiff cardboard type, or the newer tastier ones? Ryvita Thins?
Cloverjo…..that's right.....the cardboard type. Tempting eh!
A late good morning all, down a bit and that’s food for the soul other wise an up and down week weight wise...mostly water I suspect.
Been forgetting to weigh before breakfast; until today. Down 0.6 lbs since last time.
Good morning all.....an hour too early up but was awake so there you are. If I waited for two hours to weigh my self I’d be down 1/2 pound. I don’t know why but that’s the way it works....any guesses why are very welcome. Since my biggest treat of the day is my morning coffee and I like to get dressed as soon as I get up I can’t wait for those two hours.
Get your morning coffee over with the night before, and undress again in 2 hours for a correctly timed reading :-)
OG.......
