I know it was Jamie Tate that knocked down Eric Pollard. But I still say it was Megan's fault for reading a text when she should have been paying attention especially with her child on the back seat. And the thick copper just handed back her phone without checking it.

The whole scene was literally a car crash.

Megan was texting whilst driving.Took her eyes off the road and shunted Jamie's car forwards into Eric.

goodgoalie you obviously dont drive ! anyone runs into the back of a vehicle is at fault. you have to leave room to brake and stop "fact" and the young guy did stop Meghan hit the car and pushed it into pollard, the whole episode is full of holes the yous guy must be thick not to says he was shunted into pollard and yes the policeman ?well ill say no more
