Society and the theory of evolution could embed a certain restriction to males, if the male themselves wishes to be seen as masculine (is it a choice?) Now.. a lot of people really don't care what others think, and that's fine, we can all say we don't care what others think of us, but life gives us prejudice opinions on gender, masculinity, races etc.. and it's not our fault, it just is how it is. We feel we've learnt something about a culture or group of people, because on the face of it, we have.. but deep down we're all just human souls with the same needs. It's just a label, but that's another kettle of fish.

Appealing to the opposite gender for reasons of procreation in engendered within us. Haha see what I did there lol.

Biology of male and female (other than intersex and some medical conditions) does not change a persons biological sex. No amount of augmentation changes someone’s biology. Unless one believes Si Fi novels and films.

However gender as an emotional state is what is up for grabs nowadays. I can be any gender I chose to be today and self identification is becoming the norm. That doesn’t change biology.

For instance. Men do not have period, get pregnant or give birth to babies. There are some women who have had augmentation to look like men that have, but they are at a basic level women.

No matter how old the universe gets, No matter how long the human race exists, unless something profound happens to our DNA we will remain two genders. And there will always be prejudice. If not about gender, race, religion or what type of hat you wear we will find something to squabble about.
There always have and always will be two sexes. That is why it is "sexual reproduction".
