Has never happened before but my cat has had diarrhoea on my gorgeous light grey medium pile bedroom carpet. I’ve tried liquid washing power in warm water, I’ve tried soap, liquid soap, but it’s only removed it slightly and the carpet looks awful. Anything else I can try??

Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation

Although expensive it has been brilliant at cleaning up spills on carpet and sofa etc. You will need to probably keep soaking and washing to get yours clean again - the joy of the machine is it sucks up the water/liquid for you.
Hc4361 has beaten me to it with a recommendation for one of the 'Simple Solution' products. They're excellent!

You don't have to wait for it to arrive from Amazon though. Simply nip along to your nearest branch of Pets at Home, as they stock most of the Simple Solution range.
