Finding The Value Of A Medical Book

I have a book that I need to get a value for, I have googled and googled, used all the second-hand book websites and a few more specialised sites. Nobody is selling one so I have no idea how much this is worth.

It is a fascinating book and could mean nice £££ for charity and I don't want to ask for too low an amount. I know that I am clutching at straws here but can anyone point me in the right direction?

The British Library has a copy. You could ask them
Try a rare bookseller. There are a few in London near Leicester Square.
I doubt it is worth much. It is 1991 and has no historic value. It's probably out of date for recent knowledge. I'm guessing it was quite expensive new but prob now will only be of interest for students or hobbyists. Books make surprisingly little money.

Might help if we knew what book it was.
Might help if u read the question
