I can see the captures man alive but why kicks back?
number 5 is man alive in bingo calling
I think "KICKS BACK" means the same as TAKE FIVE - ie having a break
to get a kick back is to be on the take ?
I agree with confounded - take five = take a break = kick back (as in relax)
Confounded is right -- take five, as in take five minutes, have a break, kick back. Man alive is simply bingo lingo for number 5.

kick back
phrasal verb of kick
INFORMAL•NORTH AMERICAN
be at leisure; relax.
"he has not been able to kick back and enjoy his success"
synonyms: relax, unwind, take it easy, rest, take one's ease, slow down, let up, ease up/off, be at leisure, sit back, laze, enjoy oneself
Take five though doesn’t mean to chill in that sense: it means to have a short break
