Just a bog standard sauce from a roux base. Do they freeze well. I've made way to much?

Oh good. This is why I shouldn't guess the amounts :-)
I think we all do it.

I measure when I first try a recipe...It's guess work after that. Except Yorkshire puddings, I alway measure them out.
